Hi Everyone,
From the fashion capital of Milan to your very own wardrobe! If you’re anything like me you’ll be eager to compare the trends seen down the runway with what you currently have in your own wardrobe.
It’s always interesting to see that whilst each fashion house has their own story to tell, there are definite trends that carry on throughout.
Spring 2025 is all about empowerment of women. Pieces walking down the runway are designed to make a woman look and feel both strong and confident. There seems to be a lot of emphasis on timeless yet elegant styling.
We see a lot of camel and other neutral or somewhat earthy tones. Colours tend to be designed to be worn together with earthy camel tones.
Enough of an introduction, time to check out “Top Trends Spotted on the Spring 2025 Iceberg Runway at MILAN FASHION WEEK ”

For Iceberg’s 50th anniversary, creative director James Long brought out a super nice collection reflecting a modern sensibility. Note how the brighter colours have been styling has teamed with camel or some other more earthy tone. At the very least be adding an earthy toned accessory such as brown bag.
Pop socks feature, as do sheer mesh fabrics, short skirts, pretty trenches and shirts. Perfectly tailored crisp shirts seem to be taking over from the plain white t-shirt for Spring 2025. Often worn open with a little bandeau bralet underneath.
It’s interesting to note that the colour of the shoes often have no relation at all to the rest to the outfit. Small bags have been replaced by much bigger carry-all versions.
